Our History
New Tech N.V. began its journey on June 16, 1996, as a modest enterprise with a team of only five dedicated employees. Initially, the company focused on selling and installing various electronic components, including DVD players and televisions. They also offered a range of household appliances such as washing machines, alongside window and split air conditioning units and louvers. Despite its small size, the company was driven by a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Over the years, New Tech’s reputation for excellence in service and installation grew steadily. Their hard work and dedication paid off, allowing them to expand their offerings and refine their expertise in the industry. By consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, they established a strong foothold in the market. This growth enabled New Tech to diversify its services further, and soon, the company was recognized for its proficiency in handling both residential and commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.
As their expertise and customer base expanded, New Tech took a significant step forward in 2016 by extending their operations beyond the borders of Suriname. They ventured into the international market by setting up a branch in Curaçao under the new name SimplAire B.V. This strategic move allowed them to bring their high-quality services to a broader audience and marked the beginning of a new chapter in their history.
Today, New Tech has evolved into one of the largest installation companies in Suriname, a testament to their enduring commitment to excellence. Their daily operations now center around the sales, engineering, installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems. This comprehensive focus ensures that they continue to meet the diverse needs of their growing clientele, both locally and internationally. New Tech’s journey from a small startup to a leading industry player highlights their resilience, innovation, and unwavering dedication to their craft.
